# Your property. A shared approach to hosting.

The details that matter

## Build the right scope.

We discuss your property first. Service inclusions, responsibilities and commercial terms are set out in your contract.

01

### Calendar responsibilities

Agree who manages availability, owner-use blocks and booking changes so the calendar has a clear owner.

02

### Guest messages

Decide which enquiries and in-stay questions you handle, which we handle and how exceptions reach you.

03

### Cleaning coordination

Plan cleaning, linen and restocking around the booking calendar and your preferred arrangements.

04

### Property decisions

Set out your maintenance responsibilities, approval limits and the process for urgent issues.

## Before we begin.

How is co-hosting different from full management?

Co-hosting divides the work between you and the team. Full management brings more of those responsibilities into one agreed service. The written scope determines the actual inclusions.

Can I keep managing guest messages?

Discuss the tasks you want to retain. Clear ownership and a handover process help avoid duplicated replies or missed requests.

How do we agree access?

Confirm the platform permissions needed for the selected tasks during onboarding. Never send your account password through the enquiry form.
