How it works
From your first enquiry to your first guest.
A good handover starts before a booking. We agree the details with you, prepare the home and put the guest experience in place.
Talk about your property ↗
The process at a glance
One step leads to the next.
Follow the steps below, or select a stage to see what happens.
Tell us about the property
We start with the address, layout, owner-use plans and the support you need. We discuss the existing furniture, presentation and anything that needs attention before guests arrive.
Read the WA STRA registration guide ↗Agree the service and the preparation plan
We work through responsibilities, inclusions and costs with you. The agreed commercial terms go into your contract. We also agree the property setup, proposed improvements and purchasing budget before proceeding.
Prepare the home for its first guest
Once the details are agreed, we help get the property ready. This can include rearranging furniture, making agreed improvements and sourcing items such as artwork, plates, kitchen essentials and other furnishings. The work follows the preparation plan and budget agreed with you.
The finishing touches can include
- Furniture layout and room presentation
- Agreed improvements and replacement items
- Artwork and decorative touches
- Plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen essentials
- Linen, towels and the guest-ready setup
The setup scope, purchases and costs are agreed with the owner. The final plan depends on what the property already has and what it needs.
Bring the listing and guest instructions together
With the home prepared, we coordinate the agreed listing setup, property information and access instructions. We work through cleaning, linen, supplies and the handover checklist so the listing reflects what guests will actually find.
Check the details before the first arrival
We check the agreed guest setup, key or access arrangements, linen, essentials and arrival information. Any outstanding items are raised before the planned first stay so the next steps are clear.
Look after the stays that follow
Guest communication, turnovers and maintenance coordination follow the agreed service scope. Owner updates and spending approvals keep you involved in the decisions that need your input.
